Trust Operations Officer
Stephanie began her career as a marketing executive, gaining extensive experience working internationally within the fashion, manufacturing and distribution industries, securing business opportunities across Europe to further develop the online market.
Stephanie moved to Cornwall to set up a new business which she successfully ran for 5 years before accepting a new challenge with Bridge Schools in 2012, bringing her all-rounded business experience and knowledge to play an integral role within the Trust. From expanding out from one lead school to currently fourteen Stephanie leads on all stakeholder management.
As Trust Operations Officer, Stephanie oversees Facilities, IT and HR, providing leadership, management and vision to effectively continue Trust growth, whilst ensuring financial strength and operational efficiency.
